The Pain.
I was nineteen, college student... and just had a catheter placed on the left side of my vagina.
My body was covered in tears of pain, culminating from years of re-ocurring cysts & excruciating periods.
The Diagnosis
For most of my teenage years, I'd been battling Bartholin's cysts that grew like ticking time bombs inside my most intimate space — cysts that would swell until I could barely walk... then burst, leaving behind pain, blood, and infections that seemed endless.
I lived on antibiotics. I lived with shame.
Throughout high school, I'd down a full bottle of pain meds every week of my cycle and still be in pain…
… the infections the cysts would spawn had turned into reoccurring yeast, bacterial vaginosis, anxiety, and depression.
by the time I was in college I was told, "You'll probably never have children."
The Final Blow
After my last failed surgery. My doctor recommended a hysterectomy.
I was nineteen years old... and they wanted to take my womb.
The Awakening
But something inside me — deeper than my fear — proclaimed No.
So, I made a choice: I would no longer surrender my body's power to a system that didn't understand it.
And by divine intervention, I was led to nature.
I studied biology, plant science, nutrition, holistic health & herbology
I detoxed, meditated, and prayed like my life depended on it ..because it did
I learned how to heal myself.
Within two years, I was completely free of the cyst, infections and pain that once ruled my life & gave birth to my first child.
The Lab
During my master's in biology at Virginia State University, I spent my days researching plant science... and my nights staying after hours (sometimes until 2 a.m.) formulating natural solutions.

And today, I stand before you… a mother of five beautiful children...
and the founder of Goddess Body.
